Zion Half Marathon

My buddy Dehn Craig and I have a video production company called Mango Film Productions. A few months ago we were asked to make a commercial for Vacation Races, a company that sponsors marathons in gorgeous locations. We drove down to Zion National Park and spent the morning filming a few shots. We got there before sunrise, and it was cold and windy!

Here's the finished product!

Last Summer, Dehn and I needed more help filming a concert, and Alex was so willing to learn and assist us. She's been great at picking up new skills!

Lately I've been teaching her how to edit video, and she's been practicing on our very own wedding footage, so stay tuned for our wedding video!

This weekend we're filming the Zion Half Marathon itself! Follow us on the Mango Films Twitter account to see all our adventures this weekend!

What in the world have we been up to?

Our first anniversary is just around the corner! Where has all the time gone? It's seems like just yesterday we were dancing around our wedding reception and stuffing our faces with wedding cake. Here is a little peak into our crazy fun married lives!

Here is our first day back after the wedding bliss and honeymoon.

We visited beautiful Colorado. During the drive our windshield got a nice surprise.

We had our last reception, in Provo.

Our sprinkler pipe broke. Our water bill loved it.

Travis' family has a 4th of July party every year at our house.
5 cars snuggled in our driveway.

We actually found 4 pairs of pants that fit Trav! 34/36 anyone?

We traveled to Nauvoo, IL

I had some fun with our new mandolin food slicer

Travis took me on one of my most favorite dates thus far. Here are some pictures of our future houses.

I passed my Cosmetology test.

Travis filmed "Rooftop Concert Series" once a month over the Summer here is Provo.

We have done some MAJOR cleaning on our old house. We don't plan on staying much longer, so nothing super major. Just enough to help us live more comfortably.

We visited Manti, Utah and hung out with my cute Mom!

Our house is filled with one too many bugs and spiders (which I can't stand!). So Travis, being the kind protective husband he is, bought me this "Bug Assault" gun. It shoots blasts of salt to kill those creepy crawlers :)

We had a super fun time in my home town of Las Vegas. Kinzy, my sister, is too beautiful for her own good. We are doing our best to keep all the boys away.

We enjoyed our first power outage in November.

Christmas at the Lewis home!
From lots of presents under the tree, our first Nativity, Travs' adorable stocking, snuggling in bed, Les Miserables, to gaining 5lbs. We love spending time with our family!

Mesa, AZ LDS Temple

We are juicing junkies now.

I experience my first flat tire. Or so I thought until Travis drove all the way to my work to help me change it...

We had a leak in our basement.

We had the best Valentines day! Church parties, Thai food, flowers, and the best chocolate cake. So much love <3

We found our future child. (Travis LOVES Nutella)

Travis worked on BYUs production of The Phantom of the Opera tech crew.

We had a super fun President's Day weekend with my Mom and sister. Lot's of eating out and shopping until we dropped!!

We braved lots of snow storms.

And so much more.
